Testimonials

“I wanted to send you all a personal thank you for the invaluable support you provided our family as we made decisions of the best way to transition my mother-in-law from independent living to our home. I felt the special caring and concern from my first phone call to inquire about possible services. Dara, you possess a wealth of knowledge and were a great advisor and listener. Your kindness and attentiveness was so appreciated.

Prosper Home Care provided us with qualified caregivers. They were prompt, flexible, and caring. My mother-in-laws needs changed considerably over the weeks that caregivers came to our home. Each and every caregiver responded warmly and professionally to my mother-in-law as well as to all members of our family, including our pets! Whitney was our main caregiver. It was touching to see the rapport that developed between my mother-in-law and Whitney.

Finally, I’d be remiss to not compliment the office staff. These ladies responded promptly to our support needs and changes. I always felt confident they would find us the right caregiver even when the schedule required adjustments.

I would highly recommend this company… a million thank you’s from the bottom of my heart.”

“Prosper Home Care has been a life saver to me and my wife. Their attendants are very reliable, professional, attentive, careful and respectful. I gladly welcome them into my home every day. Without these well qualified caregivers, my life would be MUCH more difficult. Thank you for bringing stability and comfort to my home life.”

“The staff has become a close part of our family and I begged the staff to come with us when we moved. We could not have had more loving, and caring people to help with my grandmother.”

“As a new mom I was very wary about leaving my baby with anyone. However, Prosper Home Care listened to my concerns and requirements and matched us with the most perfect caregiver. Jeanette was everything I was looking for and most importantly my baby loved her. I gladly recommend Prosper Home Care to my friends for their childcare needs, or just for some extra help with a new family.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how satisfied both my mother and I have been with your services. Even from the very first day, you promptly returned my phone call and set up care to begin within 24 hours. Over the next few months, there were numerous circumstances which arose requiring different start times, different stop times, and even different addresses at which care was to be given. All of these “last minute” changes were handled promptly and professionally by you, your staff, and your caregivers. My mother wants me to tell you that she has been quite satisfied with the level of care that she has receives from each caregiver. Thank you both for all your hard work in making all of this happen.”

“I wanted to give you some feedback regarding your employee, Koyuana, or KK, for short. She has been with our family now for close to 2 months and all is going very well. She has created a wonderful bond with our daughter, Alexis. She has been very capable, from a care giver standpoint. She has learned how to best support our physically challenged daughter, Alexis, while encouraging her to do as much independent activity as possible. They have great conversations together and there is a sense of support that is very reassuring to Alexis and to us as well. KK has been conscientious about all of the activities and tasks we have asked her to accomplish with Alexis. Above all, Alexis has really felt comfortable with KK and Alexis has a very keen sense of others’ uncertainty or lack of engagement. She has not had those concerns with KK, even on day one. Of course, having a child with such special needs makes it difficult to keep a stable home environment. Additionally, having our primary caregiver fall ill, makes it doubly difficult (especially since our primary care giver, Michele, has been in the family for over 21 years). That said, if we needed to have a substitute support person, we are very grateful that you were able to find KK and match her up with our family. Thank you so much for keeping us as stable as possible during this challenging time.”
